We utilised a range of manufacturing methods depending on the product and application. Currently most of the products we have on offer are made using high precision 3D printing and CNC machining. This allows us to make components at low volumes while retaining high quality. The other major advantage is that it allows us to construct parts which are not confined to the usual limitations of mass manufacturing.

All our parts are made from durable hardwearing materials which are industry leading in the automotive world. Depending on the component they are also manufactured with UV and/or heat resistance.

We are doing our best to reduce plastic waste where possible. We utilise PLA plastics when 3D printing prototype parts. PLA bioplastic is made from plant-based resources like corn, cassava and sugarcane and are biodegradable.
